• We’re a private gym. Every member is met before joining. No random sign-ups. All members must have a basic understanding of weight training and solid gym etiquette. The owners are almost always around or just a phone call/text message away.
• Clean, Professional, Motivating - We keep the gym clean, our equipment well-maintained, and the energy high. This is a positive, welcoming, community based environment. If you are having a rough day, we are going to be here to make it better.
• Minimal Crowds, No Waiting - We have excellent overcrowding prevention. With multiple options for every lift, you won’t waste time waiting for equipment.
• 24/7 Access - Train on your schedule. Day or night, the gym’s yours.
